These plants will last until the first heavy frost, and they make great choices for filling in perennial beds, window boxes and planters. Our beautiful hanging baskets make a dazzling display and are perfect presents for Mother's Day!

    Annuals (4.5" pots)
  Dahlia – dwarf, mixed colors. Low-growing, compact, blooms all summer, 6-12"
  Dracaena spikes grass – drought tolerant, great for planters, can grow up to 2' high
  Geranium – red or pink. Hardy, full and prolific bloomers that flower all summer long. They need at least 4 hours direct sunlight daily to flourish. Pinch back faded flowers to encourage new blooms, 12-20"
  Heliotropebushy plants with green veined leaves and large clusters of purple vanilla scented flowers. Blooms from summer to early fall, 10-12"
  Ivy Geranium – pink flowers with trailing ivy foliage. can also be used as ground cover and combined with other annuals add contrast and foliage.
  Petunia – purple, pink or white wave. The first-ever ground cover petunia; low maintenance, very heat and drought tolerant once established, 4-6"
  Sweet potato vine - lime green or dark purple. Easy and quick vine to grow with colorful trailing foliage. Tolerates heat and cascades beautifully over the edge of containers, 5-12" spreads up to 5'
  Vinca vine – variegated trailing foliage. A low-maintenance vine that grows quickly once established; great for controlling soil erosion on shady slopes and for under trees and shrubs.
     
    Market Packs (6-packs of bedding plants)
  Begonia – bronze leaves, red or white flowers, looks best in mass plantings, 8-10"
  Coleus – rainbow mixed. Fast-growing, colorful, variegated leaves. Great for containers, hanging baskets, 12-18"
  Flowering Vinca – white or pink flowering annual with dark green foliage. An impatien for full sun. A heavy bloomer that stands up to heat and humidity beautifully.
  Impatiens – comes in red, white, salmon or violet. A must for any shade garden, impatiens bloom from early summer until frost, 10-12"
  Lobelia – blue, continuous bloom, trails nicely. Dependable, popular bedding plant that also does well in containers, 8-10"
  Marigold – dwarf yellow. Use in vegetable gardens to keep pests away. Marigold petals are edible. To bloom well, deadhead during growing season and give them plenty of sun, 8".
  Portulaca – mixed colors, heat and drought tolerant succulent, also known as Moss Rose. Use in hot, dry sites, along paved surfaces and over walls, 6"
  Salvia – blue spikes. Salvias are perennials usually grown as annuals. Durable, drought tolerant, blooms early summer to fall, 18-24"
  Snapdragon – mixed colors, blooms all summer. An old garden favorite; deadhead spent flowers to prolong bloom, 12"
     
    Hanging Baskets (8" diameter)
  Double Impatiens – "black raspberry" blooms, variegated leaves. Blooms resemble miniature roses late spring to early fall. If plants get lanky in mid-summer, cut back by half for a new round of blooms
  Fuchsia– vibrant purple corollas and pink sepals that are attractive to hummingbirds. Blooms from spring to fall; heat tolerant
  Ivy Geranium – red or lavender blooms with green trailing foliage, likes moderate moisture: not too much, not too little
  Million Bells – abundant yellow mini-petunia-like flowers. Plants flower relentlessly from early summer to frost.
  New Guinea Impatiens – large pink showy flowers and bigger leaves than other impatiens. Prefers morning sun, afternoon shade Sun/Part Shade
  Spider Plant – the perfect office or apartment plant, good for beginners as it tolerates all forms of neglect
  Wave Petunias – A cascading mass of velvety dusky-blue flowers that cover the plants all season.
