Each classroom has a Lead Teacher, an Assistant Teacher and several
classroom assistants. We select our staff for their warmth and sensitivity
in working with young children, their training and experience, and
their skill in communicating with families. Our requirements for
professional development exceed state standards and we provide both
opportunities and incentives for staff members who pursue further
education.
